Humble Beginings With The Singing Star Show
We provide everything you need so you and your guests can be singing stars! We use only professional grade karaoke/sound systems that are truly state-of-the-art. Every show features our complete package that consists of over 1300 songs, CD/G player, two microphones, mixer, amp, speakers, 15 inch LCD monitor (to show lyrics on screen), monitor stand, song books, and request forms.

Karaoke Tips!

Be careful when using the microphone. Don't yell into it or hold the it by the cable and swing it around.

Don't try to get your song bumped up in rotation. This creates resentment.

Duets and even well choreographed trios are OK, but don't sing in big groups. Groups tend to get too loud and obnoxious.

You don't need a good voice or stage presence to get love from your audience, but a lot of the former goes a long way in making up for a lack of the latter.

If you can't keep up with the song, don't explain that to the audience. Just pretend!

Drinking a little to relax is okay, but being drunk is offensive. There's something special about doing it stone-cold sober.

You are not a prisoner to the words on the screen. Freestyle!

Be creative! Turn the song into something that it was never intended to be. Sing Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" like you're Johnny Rotten, or Steppenwolf's "Born To Be Wild" like you're an opera singer.

Wait your turn. Don't rush the stage and grab the other microphone for an uninvited duet.

Dancing in an unobtrusive manner, however, is complimentary to the performer, and encouraged.
